The city where everything happens looks like some exageration of a Latino chaotic City, the style of the costumes in some episodes shows it happens in Mexico, although the school looks just like mine..aww good old times...

I've seen the first one and it's fantastic! *.* Others aren't translated, but the kite story is easy I wana make a pinata *movie one sucked, no candy inside!*
