ok, ill follw as buji posted and get on moving one of the orcs away from the door with his weapon if at all possible and bringing him out of sight.
on a side note grats jaeg, im proud of you, i take pride in the name my char is using, and im very happy you are now spelling it w/a "k" instaed of a "c"...kinda scary the same thing happens w/me irl, ppl mispell my name cause of the more common spelling for it /swt lol srry for my little rant? thing here xD

ok, i grab the orc with the great axe and pull him behide the wall, I then Loot him for goods and then start to watch the surroundingd for any sudden movements.

umm...hadvi- preparing spells takes a few hours. maybe keep an eye on your side and watch your back?
anyway-nice job, now that we got that pulled off.
i tell merrak to loot the orc he brought back.
heres my idea for getting in: if we have already waited a few minutes, and nothings happening, lets all converge on the door. keep weapons up. have me, ulfgar, and whoever else has a ranged weapon (hadvi or tarquin-i cant remember) aim at the door, while the other 2 pull open the door. if it pushes in, then those two kneel and just push hard enough to open the door quickly. try not to slam it aginst a wall. archers be ready to shoot at whats in the room- be prepared, they might be waiting for us. once the door is open, the people who opened it should pull out their weapons fast, and be ready to fight.

@bujin The double doors open outward, and the orc that had the falchion opened the left door (I guess I didn't make that clear.
@ hadvi I thought you had a shortbow? I know Tarquin's character does. Also, you've already prepared all the spells you can today. You have to rest overnight to get more.
@bujin, blank, and falco (the experienced people) I'm tired of looking up your modifiers XP When you tell me something you're gonna do, tell me the modifiers please. I'm gonna turn most of the grunts into elites if you don't XD
@people-who-are-doing-the-door-opening-thing Is this before or after you hide/search the bodies? Also, when you say that you get next to the door, could you please indicate the space?
Well, now that that's out of the way, I guess there's some stuff I can do now that everyone's said something. Unfortunately, I spent a long time typing that so I have to get ready for school now. I'll try to add it while I'm at school.

okay, I have some time now (drivers ed is a great class)
You haven't worked out what's going on at the door yet, but I think it's safe to tell you what you find on the orcs bodies. *rolls a bunch of dice* Each one is wearing some ragged clothing (it's of orc make) and studded leather armor. One has a greataxe, the other a falchion. Each one also has a coin pouch with 20 pieces of gold (40 gp total) The orc with the falchion also has a silver holy symbol and a wand. The holy symbol isn't of the orc deity (Grummush), he probably just had it because it's silver. The wand (wow, lucky roll) is made of light colored wood and has an inscription at one end that reads "magic missile"
Holy crap I think that's the most contriversial item I've ever rolled. Hadvi and Tarquin can both make good use of the wand, and both of you contributed equally to the battle just now. If you leave it to me, I say give it to Hadvi (he doesn't get as many spells per day as Dracoth). You could also try to share it I guess maybe? You two can discuss this with each other.

sweet. lucky rolls. glad its not one of those "obvioulsy magical items, but you have no wa y of telling what it does or what its for" things.
if you meant everyone abotu the door, i will stand in fornt of it with my bow ready to fire, and see what i can see from just outside the door.
spot modifier is +4. no ranks, just a high wisdom score. reflex is +3. no base, just a good dex.

don't forget armor check penalty. Anyway, it doesn't matter right now Inside, you see a large hall with several tables. Used dishes are on most of them and two orcs are sitting at one of the tables facing away from the door. The one on the right has a greataxe leaning against his chair, and the other has a sword and shield on his back. The one with a sword and shield is wearing scale mail armor and seems to be playing knife games with a table knife. The other one is sipping from a mug lazily. They don't seem to have noticed anything at all. EDIT: oops, map

same idea as before? unless someone wants to try assasinating one, i cant think of anything else. i dont know how good of a chance assasination would have. what do you guys think? we can shoot them, but the one with the armor will have a bit of a advantage. whose got the highest dex? i dont think the one is drunk, and the other ceratinly isnt if hes playing with a knife. slitting a thraot would be kinda hard, (anyone have a small blade?) but it would be sooo sweet., and quieter.
post you guys's ideas. proly should hurry, in case they turn around.
